Spicy Paloma
yields two cocktails
3 oz Tequila Blanco
4 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
4 oz Grapefruit Soda
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 Jalapeño
In a cocktail shaker add jalapeño, lime juice, tequila and muddle. Add ice and grapefruit juice, shake until well-chilled. Strain into two, ice-filled rocks glasses; salted rim optional. Garnish with jalapeños. Cheers!
