Do you dream in dining alfresco under the stars? How about dining alfresco under the stars in the Provincial French Countryside? To add even more magic to the 2017 #heartsafluttertour, one evening we ventured off estate to Chateau des Alpilles for dinner. The historic 19th-century boutique hotel and restaurant boast old world charm and delight that can only be discovered by a visit.
It’s here where we hosted a private dinner party in front of The Manor. Our long table was flanked by a row of sky-high, century-old plane trees and dressed in candlelight with the loveliest flora by Myrtle et Olive and custom menus from Minted. The chateau’s Chef Mathias Bettinger delighted our palates with a provençal prawns salad and rack of lamb followed by decadent chocolate cake and raspberry sorbet. The flavors of France were simple yet elegant and delicious. As the sun set, the birds were chirping, the wine was flowing, the candles glowing, and absolute serenity was met. #takemeback!
