Summer brunching calls for something special and we’ve got just the thing – Stone Fruit Sparklers! Inspired by warm summer mornings, juicy ripe stone fruits and healthy entertaining, these heart-fluttering sips are a light and refreshing idea that will have your friends thinking you’re peachy keen.
Peach Saffron Yogurt Sparkler
1 cup fresh peaches, chopped
¼ cup lemon juice, fresh
½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
½ cup coconut water, fresh
1 pinch saffron threads
1 ½ – 2 tablespoons simple syrup
1 cup ice
1 cup sparkling water
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend on high until well combined. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh herbs, cut fruit, and/or edible flowers. Serve immediately. Each recipe makes 3-4 drinks depending on the size of glass. Cheers!
