Back Country
Yields one cocktail
1 Blackberry
3 Sage Leaves
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Dash Angostura Bitters
2 oz Cutler’s ’33 Bourbon
Muddle together the blackberry and sage. Combine all ingredients in shaker with 1/2 cup of ice and shake.
For Him: Pour all contents into rocks glass and garnish with bitters-soaked blackberry atop a single sage leaf.
For Her: Strain all contents into martini glass and garnish with sage-wrapped blackberry.
