Italy’s best kept secret is its southern region of Apulia. It is a wonderland of ancient olive orchards that date back 2000 years growing right up to the shores of the azure Adriatic Sea. If the picturesque coves and white stone architecture don’t get you, the food will. A perfect combination of its best exports, Puglia boasts some of most amazing farms and fisherman in Italy. Handmade pasta with flavorful vegetables paired with the most fresh fish in the sea – this is Apulia cuisine at its finest! The region is a foodies dream and a photographers heaven and a new favorite region to visit. We can’t wait to share it with you!

Meals
Daily light Italian-inspired breakfasts are included every morning at the masseria. Casual, healthy, farm-fresh lunches will be provided every afternoon. Each evening we will delight in exquisite regionally-influenced dinner dining experiences (in and around Puglia). **If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know when you sign up.**
During your free time, meals are not included in the cost of the retreat. We will provide suggestions for those interested in dining together and continuing the day’s conversations.
Lodging
Lodging is included for the entirety of the retreat: 5 nights / 6 days in Puglia, Italy. Located in the heart of Puglia on the Adriatic coast, Masseria Le Torri is a 17th-century former farmhouse that sits pretty surrounded by olive groves and heart-fluttering countryside. You’ll be a short ride from iconic coastal towns Alberobello, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare and many other gems. All guests will have their own room unless otherwise discussed in advance. Room types will be similar in aesthetic but will vary in shape and size. Because of this, the final trip price will vary. You will be able to choose your room type during registration below. We will have the entirety of the property to ourselves. There will be daily housekeeping, a groundskeeper, and a chef on-site for various meals.

GETTING TO PUGLIA
Air and/or Sea Travel to the destination are not included in the retreat. Each guest is responsible for booking their own travel to and from the retreat destination. We encourage guests to plan a few extra days before the retreat to relax, unwind, and get acclimated with the time change.
By Plane
You can fly directly into Puglia, Italy via two airports:
• Bari (BRI)
• Brindisi Salento (BDS)
By Train
You can also fly into Rome or Naples, Italy, and take the train to Bari Centrale. It’s a 35-minute drive/taxi from Bari Centrale to the Masseria.
• Rome –> Puglia: Approximately 4 hours travel time on high-speed train (LINK)
• Naples –> Puglia: Approximately 4 hours travel time on high-speed train with one connection (LINK)

Cost: $5350 – $6200
Deposit: A $1000 deposit is required to reserve your space.
Second Payment: A $2,500 payment is due June 1, 2020
Third Payment: A final payment reflecting your balance is due September 1, 2020.
