Hibiscus Sparkle
Yields One Cocktail
– 1oz hibiscus-infused vodka
– 1oz saffron-infused gin
– 1/2oz vermouth bianco
– 1 1/2oz sparkling white (a.k.a. bubbly)
Mix the vodka, gin and vermouth. Pour mixture into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine or champagne. Garnish with a bright hibiscus bloom. Cheers!
