Oh, Snap!

Glass: coupe
Method: shake and fine-strain
Garnish: lemon thyme sprig and split snap pea
1.5 oz. Vodka
.5 oz. Dry Vermouth
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Lemon Thyme Sprig
5 Sugar Snap Peas, split
3 Drops Saline Solution
.25 Egg White
Muddle the thyme, sprig and snap peas in bottom of mixing tin with simple syrup. Add all remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds and fine-strain into coupe glass. Garnish and serve.

Glass: iced 8 or 9 ounce glass
Method: shake & strain
Garnish: 2 sprigs parsley and thin watermelon radish wheels
1 oz. Fresh Carrot-Apple Blend*
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Orange Blossom Honey Syrup
1.5 oz. Hangar 1 Vodka
2 Healthy Dashes Angostura Bitters
*2 parts fresh carrot juice to 1 part Bates & Schmitt organic unfiltered Apple juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake for 10 seconds and then strain into your glass. Garnish and serve.
