It’s becoming our favorite day of the week – cocktail Friday with the famed Paula LeDuc! Today we’re bringing you a floral treat from Issue No. 7 just in time for your upcoming Earth Day soirées (Sunday, April 22). Let’s make a toast to Mother Nature with this heart-fluttering and flowering spring sip. Cheers!
Il Nostro Sour
Glass: small coupe
Method: dry shake without ice to froth; add ice, shake and fine-strain
Garnish: angostura bitters design in foam (using eye droppers); multi-colored edible flower petals
1.5 oz. Pisco
.5 oz. Slivovitz
.5 oz. Apricot Liqueur
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz. Bar Syrup
.5 oz. Fresh Egg white
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds without ice. Add ice, shake, and fine-strain into coupe. Garnish and serve.
