Persimmon To Come Aboard
Yields one cocktail
1/4 Grilled Persimmon, muddled
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¼ oz Grand Marnier
2 oz Favorite Spiced Rum
Spice Garnish: Cinnamon / Nutmeg / Clove / Sugar
Create the spice garnish by blending equal parts of each spice together in a shallow dish. Set aside for her.
For Him: Combine all ingredients in shaker with 1/2 cup ice and shake. Pour contents into rocks glass garnished with grilled persimmon wheel.
For Her: Combine all ingredients in shaker without ice. Shake, strain into a spice-rimmed snifter and add 3 oz hot water. Garnish with persimmon ribbon.
